Dirt on
the carpets inside the aircraft is removed
by spraying liquid detergent at high pressure,
and the detergent is then collected and
stored in the waste tank, using the high
power vacuum suction.
The Water Tank and the Waste Tank are
made of stainless steel to be rust free.
The vehicle is fitted with the Roll-Up
door, which is easy to open and close.
The suction hose and the vacuum hose are
kept in separate baskets located inside the van.
A sub engine is used to operate the cleaning equipments.
The detergent is first heated up to 40-80 C for better results,
and then sprayed at high pressure.
For easy access into the aircraft, there is a lift operated
from the vehicle's engine.
In order to prevent water from freezing,
it is possible to use external power sources to heat up
the water tank and the pipes. It is also possible to use
the radiator to heat the inside the van when the vehicle
is in motion.
The sub engine used for cleaning can be controlled remotely
from the platform. It is also possible to start and stop
the vehicle engine from the platform.
